Jay Needelman is a sole practitioner based in Miami Beach, Florida. His firm was
founded in 1992 and concentrates in providing tax services to small businesses
and individuals on the federal, state and local levels. The latest software

limited to tax planning, I.R.S. representation, management advisory services,
litigation support, entity creation, forensic accounting, troubleshooting and

A Miami Beach native and Florida State University graduate, Mr. Needelman
briefly worked for two local CPA firms in 1992 including one situated on Miami's
famed Brickell Avenue before starting his own firm at the relatively young age of
23. He says, "I heard, 'You can't go independent at your age' so many times it
made me think, why not?"

Mr. Needelman initially grew his practice by offering an unconventional service.
He took to the road to give free consultations to prospective new clients. From
Overtown to Aventura, Little Haiti to Golden Beach or Liberty City to Palm Island.
To this day, he still interacts with many clients at their place of business. Thanks
to this "house call" type service as well as loyal clients who consistently spread
the word about his practice, Mr. Needelman now manages clients as far away as
France, England, Colombia and Germany as well as domestic clients in California,
Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Nevada and New York.
